Dates are natural agricultural products. Their colour, size, texture, softness, and appearance may vary between batches without affecting their quality.

Product availability and quantities may change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue products or limit the quantity available for purchase.

All prices displayed on the website are in Pakistani Rupees unless stated otherwise.

Prices, discounts, shipping fees, and promotions may change without prior notice. The applicable price will be the price displayed when the customer places the order.

Shipping charges and any applicable taxes will be displayed during checkout.

SECTION 4 — ORDERS

Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to confirm, refuse, limit, or cancel an order for reasons including incorrect information, suspected fraud, pricing errors, unavailable inventory, or delivery restrictions.

Cash on Delivery orders may be confirmed through a telephone call or WhatsApp message before dispatch.

Customers must provide accurate contact and delivery information. We are not responsible for failed or delayed delivery caused by an incomplete address, incorrect telephone number, or customer unavailability.

SECTION 5 — PAYMENTS

Available payment methods will be displayed during checkout.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate payment and billing information. If Cash on Delivery is selected, the customer must pay the full order amount to the courier at delivery.

We reserve the right to request advance payment for large orders, repeat refused deliveries, or other orders requiring additional verification.

SECTION 6 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We currently deliver across Pakistan.

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days, and estimated delivery is 3–5 business days after confirmation. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by public holidays, weather conditions, courier delays, remote delivery locations, or circumstances outside our control.

SECTION 7 — CANCELLATIONS

Customers should request order cancellation as soon as possible.

An order cannot normally be cancelled after it has been packed, dispatched, or handed to the courier. We cannot guarantee that every cancellation request will be accepted.

Returns, replacements, and refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.

Because dates are perishable food products, returns or exchanges may not be accepted for change of mind, personal taste preference, or products that have been opened or improperly stored.

If an incorrect, damaged, or defective product is delivered, the customer must contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs or video evidence.

We are not responsible for deterioration, contamination, or damage caused by incorrect storage, exposure to heat or moisture, or use after the recommended period.
