Shipping policy

We currently deliver orders across Pakistan.

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days after order confirmation. Delivery may take longer during public holidays, severe weather, high-demand periods, or courier service disruptions.

A flat shipping fee of Rs299 is charged at checkout.

Please provide your complete name, phone number, city, and delivery address when placing an order. Al Jannah Dates will not be responsible for delays caused by incomplete or incorrect customer information.

Orders may be confirmed through a phone call or WhatsApp message before dispatch. If the customer is unavailable or refuses the parcel, future Cash on Delivery orders may require advance payment.

Please inspect the parcel at the time of delivery. If it arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours with clear photos or a video of the parcel.
